- 02
Certificate status and other public credential details
- 03

Record timing
GaPSC posts the receipt date it is currently processing on its site. That date moves with the queue, and the agency asks applicants to wait at least two weeks after completing an application before raising a concern.
If the result is still missing
Use the right next record
- Recheck the name and try a former name used with GaPSC.
- Use the certificate or Certification ID for a more specific search when available.
- If the certificate has not issued, sign in to MyPSC and open Application Status.
Pending application
A pending file may not belong in the public lookup
GaPSC directs applicants to MyPSC for application status and does not provide status checks by phone or email. The public lookup verifies certificates; it does not show that a complete application is moving through review.
