Two qualifying entry points
The out-of-state packet is available with a current valid certificate based on full approved preparation in a NASDTEC jurisdiction, or with a CAEP or AAQEP institutional recommendation issued for a program completed within the last two calendar years.
Testing without a current credential
An applicant using an institutional recommendation instead of a current out-of-state certificate must include documentation of the content testing required by the preparation institution.
