Testing and assessment treatment
Requirement
OSDE states that additional testing or college coursework is not required for areas it reciprocates, though unmatched or newly added areas can carry Oklahoma requirements.
Which out-of-state path this covers
Oklahoma accepts a completed out-of-state preparation program and a Standard, Professional or equivalent source certificate when Oklahoma offers a comparable certification area.
What can change this answer
The source credential must reflect completed program requirements; Provisional, Emergency and Temporary credentials are not reciprocal, though some Initial licenses missing only source-state experience can be reviewed individually.
Documents you may need
The OECS application uses an Oklahoma background check, official transcripts sent directly from every college and a legible source certificate showing its class, dates, areas and any deficiencies.
