Requirement
Indiana publishes a $35 credential-evaluation fee and a separate $35 license or permit application fee, plus payment-processing charges; a reciprocal permit may require another fee. All fees are nonrefundable, and the second License Application Fee payment sets the official issue date.

Costs and route conditions to keep separate
