Connecticut gives fully licensed educators from its named enhanced-reciprocity jurisdictions a streamlined path to a comparable ten-year Initial Educator Certificate, while educators from other states use preparation, experience and assessment review.
What can change this answer
The streamlined route depends on both the source jurisdiction and a valid full certificate minimally equivalent to Connecticut's Initial level; twenty successful school months under an active full certificate in the last ten years affects exemption from Connecticut's TEAM induction program, not the initial certificate tier.
Conditions to resolve before sending records
