If the search comes up empty
Check these before you stop

- •Try the educator's maiden name or ALSDE ID when available.
- •Use the educator's private certification account for an application or renewal that has not issued.
Issued certificate vs. pending application
TCERT's public view displays certificate data. Application and renewal work belongs in the authorized educator process and may not appear as a public certificate until issuance.
