Wisconsin certification questions
Do I need both Mathematics tests?
No. Praxis Mathematics 5165 with a Wisconsin passing score of 159 and NES Mathematics 304 with a passing score of 220 are alternatives. Use a score that is no more than ten years old.
When can my sixth semester be verified for the Lifetime License?
A sixth fall semester cannot be verified before January 1. A sixth spring semester cannot be verified before March 1. Every Wisconsin employer whose experience you use must sign a PI-1613.
Does the Principal path require a statewide exam?
No statewide exam applies to this Wisconsin-approved in-state Principal path. The master’s degree, professional background, experience, approved program, supervised practicum, endorsement, and employment verification still apply.
